My practice focuses on the mental health concerns that are most often minimized or misunderstood, particularly ADHD in adults, the mental health impact of perimenopause, anxiety, burnout, and sleep difficulties.

I hold advanced certifications in adult ADHD (ADHD-CCSP) and menopause mental health (MMHCP), specialized CBTi training, and a Level 2 certificate in CBT for Reproductive Mental Health. I was also diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, which means I understand clients’ experiences not just clinically, but from the inside.
